很荣幸地跟您介绍本年度心理与道法团队。在新学年，我们迎来了更多团队成员，各位老师都各具专长和经验，希望通过团队成员间的互相支持来推动校内外的合作，更好地为荟同学校的学生个性化支持和社交情感学习贡献力量。也希望我们可以更好地促进家校连结，实现真正意义的家校共育。
! We are pleased to introduce our team members to you in this column. This year, more teachers with expertise and experience have joined our team. We hope to promote collaboration within and outside of the school and better contribute to our students' individualized support and social-emotional learning at Huitong; we also hope to better facilitate home-school connections and achieve true home-school co-education.
张恬雨 心理老师，心理与道法组长 ztianyu@whittleschool.org
本学年负责小学4-6年级心理支持及6年级社会情感课程
张恬雨拥有哥伦比亚大学教育学院硕士学位及北京语言大学学士学位。具有高级心理健康教师资质，也是纽约州小学全科/双语及特殊教育执照教师、性教育讲师及正面管教讲师。多元化的学习和工作经历让她对国际教育有切身的体会。今年是她做教师的第八年。作为创校之初就加入荟同的老师，她在荟同也曾担任六年级班主任及小学学生事务副主任。她在青少年性与性别教育，学生个性化支持及家庭教育方面有丰富经验，倡导学校教育要为孩子提供多元包容的空间。她希望成为老师与家长的支持者与陪伴者，共同守护孩子们的成长。
Ms. Tianyu Zhang, School Counselor, Head of SEL and Ethics Department
Tianyu Zhang has a master’s degree from Teachers College, Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree from Beijing Language and Culture University. She has the qualification of Senior Mental Health Teacher, Teacher of the New York State, Comprehensive Sexuality Education instructor and Positive Discipline instructor. The experience of studying and working in diverse environments has deepened her understanding of global education. This year is her 8th year working as a teacher. Since the founding of Shenzhen Whittle School, she also used to work as G6 Banzhuren and Assistant Dean of Lower School. She has rich experience in sexuality education, individual support and family education. She is a promoter of diversity and inclusiveness in the school environment. Together, she will work with teachers and parents to support the growth of the children.

胡旭丹硕士毕业于香港大学，专业是咨询与辅导。在过去的12年里，她在公立学校和国际学校帮助过许多孩子和家庭。她担任过2年中学班主任和7年小学的班主任。在2019年8月，她成为了深圳一所知名IB学校的心理老师。她也是国际文凭组织的培训官和访校官。她组织了多次教师或家长工作坊，包括了国际文凭教育，课堂管理，积极的家庭教育等不同话题。胡旭丹擅长帮助6-14岁的学生，她能够提供不同方面的帮助：个人发展，情感管理，社交技能和沟通能力的提升。她能够用英文，普通话和粤语流利地交流。
Danielle Hu, School Counsellor
Danielle Hu is a counselor at Whittle. She graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a Master’s degree in guidance and counselling. She has been working with children and families in school settings for the past twelve years in both public and international schools. She has worked as a class teacher in middle school for 2 years and primary school for 7 years. In August 2019, she has become a school counsellor at a renowned IB school in Shenzhen. She is also a workshop leader and school visit team member in the IB organization. She has conducted several staff or parent workshops on different topics, such as IB education, classroom management, positive parenting, etc. Danielle specializes in working with children ages 6-14. She can provide support with personal development, managing emotions, social skills, and communicational skills. She helps children identify their strengths and weaknesses and support them with goals setting. She is proficient in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

李杏怡拥有霍夫斯特拉大学的创意艺术治疗硕士学位、布鲁克林学院游戏治疗高级文凭及美国注册艺术治疗师认证(ATR)。她曾在中美文化环境下从事心理咨询和心理健康团体活动，如医院精神科住院部及门诊部、特殊教育学校、中美社区、美术馆；曾创办公司为美国一低收入社区提供心理健康支持，并出版书籍《寓学习于艺术和游戏》。她擅长设计干预课程以满足人群需求，带领个人及团体小组，让参与者在言语和非言语的沟通和活动体验中解决问题，提升认知、情感、社交和行为能力。
Lori (Xingyi) Li, School Counselor
Lori Li graduated with distinction from Hofstra University with a Master’s degree in Creative Arts Therapy and earned her Advanced Certificate in Play Therapy from Brooklyn College, CUNY. She is a Registered Art Therapist (ATR). She has work experience in different settings in both the U.S. and China, such as inpatient and outpatient mental health units for children, adolescents, and adults, NYC district 75 elementary schools, museum, and community centers. She co-found a company to serve the needs of a low-income community in the U.S. and published her book named Learning through Arts & Play in 2020. Lori specializes in designing interventions to meet the needs of diverse populations and leads individual sessions and groups to address issues and promote cognitive, emotional, social and behavioral abilities through verbal and non-verbal communication and experiences.

陈老师本科毕业于美国爱荷华大学心理系，硕士毕业于香港大学教育系，已有七年一线教学经验。教育、学生身心健康与发展都是她非常感兴趣的领域。陈老师曾参与美丽中国云南支教项目两年，在深圳的知名国际学校也任教过两年。陈老师深信在家长和教育者的共同陪伴、支持、引导下，所有孩子都能够茁壮成长。陈老师热爱教育，对学生社交情感成长和双语教育非常热忱，拥有国内教师资格证、美国TESOL教师资格证、心理咨询三级证书、正面管教讲师证、儿童桌游指导证书和广东省中小学心理健康教育B证。新学年将是陈老师在荟同学校的第四年，她将教授低年段社会情感教育/道法课程。
Yuhao Chen, SEL/Ethics teacher
Ms. Chen graduated from the University of Iowa with a major in Psychology and received her Master’s degree in Education from Hongkong University. She has great interest in education, child development and social emotional learning. After graduation, she joined Teach for China for two years. This experience helped her gain practical teaching skills as well as ways in how to support students emotionally and academically. Before joining Huitong, she has also worked in an international school in Shenzhen for another two years. She was able to collaborate with international subject teachers, communicate with parents on supporting their kids in needs and also take part in behavioral interventions. Ms. Chen believes all children can thrive if they receive right care, support and guidance from caregivers and educators. With her Psychology background and teaching experiences, she wants to keep growing, learning with the young learners and supporting them and their family at our school. In the upcoming school year, Ms.Chen will teach SEL/Ethics lessons in lower grades.

研究生毕业于美国莫兰德大学，专业是特殊教育，本科毕业于云南民族大学英文专业。在过去的5年里，我在学校和NGO组织里帮助过很多孩子，拥有丰富的国际教育行业工作经验和NGO工作经验。我曾任职于云南省青少年发展基金会（云南希望工程）负责学生资助工作，雅高酒店集团旗下酒店英文培训师，也曾作为公益组织“有灵且美志”愿者，为乡村女孩提供心理支持。同时，我也为社区学习困难儿童和家庭提供支持，我也是一名全面型儿童性教育讲师，拥有中国高中英文教师执照，美国K-3教师执照（申请中）。我擅长于帮助学生提高社交情感技能、改善学习困难现状。
Emily Jin, SEL/Ethics teacher
Graduated from Moreland University in the United States, majoring in special education (MA), graduated from Yunnan Minzu University, majoring in English (BA). In the past 5 years, I have helped many children in schools and NGOs, and have rich experience in international education and NGO work. I used to work for the Yunnan Youth Development Foundation (“Project Hope ”) in charge of student funding, I also as an English trainer for AccorHotels, and as a volunteer for the non-profit organization “Bright and Beautiful", providing psychological support to rural girls. At the same time, I also provide support for children and families with learning difficulties in the community. I am also a comprehensive sexuality education coach for children, and have a Chinese high school English teacher’s license and a US K-3 teacher’s license (applying). I specialize in helping students improve their social-emotional skills and improve their learning difficulties.

张诗域毕业于中山大学新闻系，曾在加州大学伯克利分校社会科学系交换，在校内Sage社团为当地小学做志愿助教支持，并在北京搜狐媒体实习。为了对中国社会更深入了解，毕业后加入“美丽中国”，在云南省临沧市双江县贺六完小任教两年，担任语文老师、思品老师，以及副校长（负责校园文化及对外联络）。完成两年支教后，张老师到伦敦大学学院教育系就读教育领导力专业。研究乡村教育、全球教育、领导力与教育的长远发展等。她认为老师的职责就是以学生为中心，与孩子共同探索世界。为孩子们编织一个包袱，临行密密缝，当他们离开时，能够不惧将来，敬畏宇宙。在未来用影响力爱人，用爱影响人。
Vivian Cheung, Ethics teacher
Vivian Cheung studied her Bachelor's degree in Communication and Design at Sun Yat-sen University, also studying in the Sociology Department at UC Berkeley. She gained her Master's in Educational Leadership from the Institute of Education, UCL. Vivian has taught in Guangzhou and in Yunnan on the Teach for China programme, and joins us as an Associate Teacher of Chinese Social Studies.

王琳老师本科毕业于南京大学，自2021年以来她一直在荟同学校工作，她也是两个小学生的妈妈。她拥有丰富的国际经验，曾在中国和海外的国际组织工作。她是一名认证营养师，也是一名认证影子教师，她目前教授道法课程，并担任四年级助教。
Eileen Wang, Ethics teacher
Eileen Wang is graduated from Nanjing University, and she has been working in Huitong since 2021. Mother of two lower school students in Huitong, she has vast international experience having always worked for international organizations both in China and Overseas. She is a certified nutritionist and she is also a certified Shadow Teacher. She is currently teaching Ethics and covering TA role for Gread 4.
